Sandra Brown McKay

Private Family services for Sandra Brown McKay, 78, of Monroe, will be held at Mulhearn Memorial Park Mausoleum Chapel with Rev. Ricky Baker officiating. Interment will at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Wednesday, September 26, 2018, at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. McKay was born October 16, 1939, in Monroe, LA, and passed away Sunday, September 23, 2018, at her residence. She was a graduate of Ouachita Parish High School class of ’57. Mrs. McKay loved getting together and arranging class reunions and social events with classmates. She retired after 30 years from Riverwood as a sales coordinator in the carton division.

Mrs. McKay was preceded in death by her parents, Willard B. and Lois Brown; and husband, W. L. “Dubba” McKay.

Survivors include her children, Debbie Booth, Kevin Harper and wife Bené, and Robin Bradshaw and husband Clay; brother, Mike Brown and wife Lynda; special cousin, Sue Davis; grandchildren, Kyle Booth and wife Sydney, Lauren Harper, Blake Harper, Brant Harper, and Cameron Bradshaw; great-granddaughter, Lillian Claire Booth; nieces, Tracy Bagwell and Sharon Colvin and husband James; and nephew, David Brown.

Memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society.
