Anna Belle “Ann” Wilkerson Priest, 98, passed away peacefully Saturday, June 30, 2012 in Dallas, Texas.  She was born June 1, 1914 in Big Lake, Texas (proud to be the first girl born there) and was the youngest of twelve children. After having an exciting and well traveled life, the highlight of her career was during the 1960’s and 70’s when she owned and operated franchise locations of the John Robert Powers Modeling and Charm Schools in Dallas and Houston. She had a love for working with young women and always found a way to instill in them the importance of charm and grace.  Ann was a member of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church for 60 years.    
She was preceded in death by her parents, Jefferson Davis and India Anna (McDonald) Wilkerson along with eleven brothers and sisters.
She is survived by her daughter, Ann and her husband Rob Taylor, of Dallas; her grandson, Robbie and his wife Cheryl Taylor, of Southlake; her granddaughter Lindsay and her husband Michael Fiuzat, of Houston; five great-grandchildren Catherine, Jacob and Hannah Taylor and Austin and Henry Fiuzat; and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:00-7:00pm on Thursday, July 5th at Mulhearn Funeral Home on Sterlington Road in Monroe, Louisiana.  The graveside service will be at Riverview Cemetery in Monroe on Friday, July 6th at 10:00am.  In lieu of flowers, the family would appreciate that memorials be given to St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church in Dallas, TX.
