Funeral Services for Ms. Annie Mildred Hebert, 90, of Portland, OR will be held 2:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2011 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Michi Head officiating. Interment will follow at Hebert Cemetery, Hebert.
Ms. Hebert was born September 6, 1920 in Hebert, LA and passed away on Monday, February 28, 2011 in Portland, OR. Annie Hebert graduated from Columbia High School in 1937. Ms. Hebert lived most of her adult life in San Jose, CA and reared her sons there. She retired from the United States Postal Service as a letter carrier. She enjoyed her years of retirement, moved to Portland, OR in 2000 and lived happily at the Parkview Christian Retirement Community.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Henry L and Lillie B Hebert; husband, Ralph Caccamo and son, Richard Caccamo; brothers, H. Morell Hebert, James L Hebert, and O.C. Hebert.
Survivors include her sons, Thomas Caccamo and wife Pam and Robert Caccamo and wife Olga; five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; sister, Eloise Hebert Shields, and brother, Ray E. Hebert; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be nephews.
Visitation will be from 12:30 PM until 2:00 PM Saturday, March 5, 2011 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
