Archie A. Parker, 87, of Monroe, LA, a retiree of the Louisiana State Highway Department, died Tuesday, March 29, 2016. Services are 12:00 PM Noon, Thursday, March 31, 2016, at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel, Monroe, LA with Rev. Lindle Stewart officiating. Visitation is 10:00 AM until service time Thursday. Interment will be in the Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
