Barbara Ann Downey was born February 16, 1943 and passed away at the age of 77 on April 29, 2020.
A memorial service for Barbara will be scheduled at a later date.
She is survived by her husband of 55 years, Jim Downey; daughter, Dana McCarthy and husband Tommy; son Keith Downey and wife Amanda; three grandchildren; Jacob McCarthy, Kyndall McCarthy, and Ella Downey; sister Linda and her husband Dr. Kenneth McDonald; and sisters-in-law Ginger Downey and Jan DeBlieux. She is also survived by life-long friends, Carolyn and Truman Hough and Sue and Donald Norman.
Barbara was preceded in death by her parents, Leon and Lucille Toney, and granddaughter Kate Breanne Downey.
