Mrs. Betty was born on September 9, 1947 in Jena, LA and passed away on June 24, 2021 at her residence in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Woodrow and Earline Breland; and sister, Diane Frost.
Survivors include her husband, Richard Collier; children, Gena Anderson and husband, Jimmy, and Kelly Ryder; grandchildren, Joshua Dewayne Anderson, Paige Diane Anderson, Timothy Lee Ryder, and Tyler Scott Ryder; sister, Kathy Valentine; and numerous nieces, nephews and other relatives.
