Funeral Services for Mr. Billy A. Reynolds, 79, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 1, 2013 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Rev. Dalyn Helbling officiating. Graveside Services will be held at 12:30 P.M. in the Memorial Park Cemetery in Bastrop, LA.
Mr. Reynolds was born on April 16, 1934 and passed away on June 29, 2013. He served his country in the United States Navy. Billy loved being with his family. He enjoyed Gospel Music, playing numerous instruments, especially the Banjo. Mr. Reynolds also loved to cook and was a Jack of all Trades. He is preceded in death by his parents, J.T. and Georgia Reynolds; and three sisters, Joyce Nall, Margaret Stewart and Juanita Byrd.
Survivors include his wife, Thelma Reynolds; two sons, Kenneth Reynolds and wife, Cindy of Savannah, GA and Michael Reynolds and wife, Cindy of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Patricia Williams and husband, Jon of Farmerville, LA; 7 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren; sister, Jonette Savage of Bastrop, LA; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Andy Brown, Joey Cole, Todd Byrd, Jon Williams, Stephen Nall, and Shane Fondren.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association or to the American Heart Association.
Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until Service Time on Monday at Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA
