Bro. Jerry R. Lee

Bro. Jerry R. Lee was born on December 9, 1936 in Monroe, LA and passed away on November 23, 2020 at the Arbor Lake Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Farmerville, LA. He served as a Minister of the Gospel and was a member of the Church of Christ.
Jerry was a devoted husband, father and grandfather, who was a very humble and loving person. He loved visiting with his family, and his Christian brothers and sisters. People were the lights of his life. Jerry delighted in the Lord’s work everyday of his life. He never met a stranger when it came to teaching the gospel of Christ. Jerry was known for converting many to Christ from a young man up until he was called home to be with his Heavenly Father. He is preceded in death by his parents, Russell and Ouida B. Lee.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife, Anne J. Lee; two daughters, Ginger Simone Lee Schanks and husband, Doug, and Shari Lee Walker; grandsons, Jeffrey, and Ryan Soileau, and Hancock Walker; granddaughter, Morgan Lee Walker; great grandchildren, Grady, Hadley Anne, Jack Randall Soileau, Riley Rae Soileau, and Molly Soileau; and his sister, Virginia Ann Elliott.
A Memorial Celebration will be held at a later date.
In Lieu of flowers, Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association.
