Graveside service for Clinton Walters, 72, of Monroe, LA, will be 11:00AM Monday, January 2, 2012, at Crowville Masonic Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe.
Mr. Walters passed away on December 29, 2011 at St. Francis Medical Center. He was a member of the Graham Surghnor Lodge #383F.& A.M. and the Barak Shrine Temple. Mr. Walters was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Survivors include his wife, Catherine Walters; son, Warren Walters; daughter, Kristen Lilly and husband, Ricky; two granddaughters, Laurel Elaine and Sarah Beth Lilly; four brothers, Denson Walters and wife Carolyn, Winston Walters and wife Bonnie, Bob Walters and wife Barbara, and Thomas Walters and wife Lucille; three sisters, Dovie Denham, Bonnie Vaughn, and Effie Whitfield; brother-in-law, Roy Bentley; and numerous nieces, nephews and close friends.
Pallbearers will be Will Eubanks, Wade Wright, Mike Lilly, Ken Wright, Tommy Wiltcher, and Shane Wright.
Visitation will be from 3:00PM until 5:00PM Sunday at Mulhearn Funeral Home.
Memorials may be made to the Shriner’s Cripple Children’s Hospital in Shreveport or the Shriner’s Burn Hospital in Galveston, TX.
