David Lynn Thompson

Graveside services for David Lynn Thompson, 67, of Monroe, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Loch Arbor Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Andy Myrick and Rev. William Sikes officiating.

Mr. Thompson passed away Tuesday, June 19, 2012, at his residence here in Monroe.   Mr. Thompson is retired from his own business of Thompson Tree Surgery.

Mr. Thompson was survived by his wife of 41 years Linda Jinks Thompson, son Brad Thompson, daughter Traci Valentine (Douglas), brother Charles Thompson (Patricia), sisters Joyce Jalovec and Cathryn Brinson (L.T.), uncle Lynn Thompson, grandson Dustin Valentine, great-grandchildren Angela, Dalton, Olivia Valentine, and numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Cody Johnson, Greg Johnson, Wes Gregory, Jerome Sikes, Sidney Sikes, and James Manning.

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 20, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home Chapel Monroe from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M..
