Funeral services for Staff Sergeant David W. Bradshaw, 50, of Winnfield, LA, will be held at 10:00 A.M. Saturday July 21, 2012 at McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe with Rev. Rick Crandall and  Chaplin Scott Thompson with the Louisiana National Guard officiating.  Interment will follow in Urania Cemetery, Urania, LA, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.

Mr. Bradshaw was born on September 11, 1961 in New Orleans, LA, and passed away on July 18, 2012 in Alexandria, LA.   David served in the United States Army for 31 years serving tours in Afghanistan and Iraq.  He also served in the law enforcement for over 20 years. David is preceded in death by his parents, Kenneth and Peggy Bradshaw.

Survivors include his mom, Billie Bradshaw; son, Heath Daniel Bradshaw; brother, Mark Bradshaw; sister, Susan Price and husband Russ; nieces, Kalee Bradshaw and Hannah Price; nephew, John Price; best friend, Cassidy Martin; aunt, Freddie Free; and numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be the United States Army Honor Guard.

Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Friday July 20, 2012 at McClendon Baptist Church in West Monroe.

Memorials may be made to the McClendon Baptist Church Children’s Building Fund or the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home.
