Funeral services for Geraldine Dorothy “Gerry” Collins, 98, of Ridgeland, MS, formerly of West Monroe will be held at 11:00 A.M. Tuesday February 16, 2016 at Lisbon United Methodist Church with Rev. Terry Willis officiating. Interment will follow in the Lisbon United Methodist Church Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.Mrs. Collins was born on May 10, 1917 in Great Ben, Kansas and passed away on February 12, 2016 in Jackson, MS. She was a member of the McGuire United Methodist Church and her home church was Lisbon United Methodist Church. Mrs. Collins is preceded in death by her husband Phil Collins and grandson Blayne Gorum.Survivors include her daughter, Sally Gorum; her daughter-in-law, Christine Gorum all of Sulphur, LA; son, Mike Collins and wife Cheryl and their children, Emily Collins of Austin, TX, and Philip Collins of Jackson, MS; great grandchildren, Clay, Audrey, and Avery Gorum.Visitation will be from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M.
