Mr. Frasier was born on July 13, 1921 in Eros, LA and passed away on February 22, 2011 in Monroe, LA. He served in the United States Army.
He is survived by his nieces, Shelby Taylor Spence and Marsha Stewart Knaggs; nephews, Billy J. Taylor and his wife, Sandra, Bobby R. Taylor, and James Malcom Frasier and his wife, Pat; and numerous nieces and nephews.
