Graveside service for James Louis Brewster, Sr., 90, of West Monroe will be held at 10:00 A.M. Tuesday, July 24, 2012, at Douglas Cemetery, Choudrant, LA with Rev. Scott Adams officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Mr. Brewster was born February 16, 1922 and passed away July 22, 2012. Mr. Brewster was a US Army Veteran of World War II and member of the Air Force Reserve.
Louis is survived by his wife of 61 years Beth; son Jim and his wife Ann of Atlanta, Georgia; daughters Jane and Janis of West Monroe; brother Dub and his wife Eve of Ruston; and brother-in-law and sister-in-law Floyd and Peg Ellerman of Choudrant.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. Monday, July 23, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
The family would like to express their special thanks to Mylinda Smith, his special caregiver; Louisiana Hospice and David Holloway; and the prayers and support of all family friends.
