Funeral services for John Daniel “Danny” Warrington, 67, of Monroe, will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, April 4, 2011, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Bart Walker officiating. Interment will follow at Riverview Cemetery.
Mr. Warrington passed away Thursday, March 31, 2011, at Cornerstone Hospital. He was a member of Kingsville Baptist Church in Pineville, LA and a U. S. Air Force veteran.
Mr. Warrington was preceded in death by his father, Buckley Warrington; and brother, Little Buck.
Survivors include his mother, Helen L. Warrington of Alexandria; brother, Rickey Warrington and wife Mary “Bibble” of Alexandria; niece, Farah Spainer; nephew, Bradley Warrington; great niece, Kayla Spainer; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Pallbearers will be Bradley Warrington, Mark Lingle, Chris Mathews, Harry Mathews, Matt Layssard, and Wayne Layssard. Honorary pallbearers will be members of his Sunday school class at Kingsville Baptist Church.
Visitation will be Sunday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
Memorials may be made to Baptist Temple Church in Alexandria, LA or to Kingsville Baptist Church in Pineville, LA.
