Funeral services for John Floyd Powell, 62, of Farmerville, Louisiana will be at 2:00PM, Friday, April 2nd, 2021, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home Sterlington Rd. Monroe with Dr. Clyde Sanchez officiating. Visitation will be from 1:00PM Friday until service time.
Mr. Powell was born May 27, 1958, in Monroe, LA, and passed away on March 30, 2021, in Farmerville, LA. He was a member of Bayou Oaks Baptist Church, Monroe, LA. Mr. Powell was preceded in death by his parents, Erman and Opal Powell.
Survivors include his cousins, Patsy Roberson, Sandra Littleton, Bette Winn, Beverly Hearn, Bonnie Armond, Jewell Rodgers, and L.C. Gunter.
The family would like to say thank you to Caring Hands Hospice and Farmerville Nursing and Rehab for the care given to Mr. Powell.
