Justin S. Fogleman

Memorial services for Justin S. Fogleman, of Monroe will be held at 3 PM on Fri, Jan 4, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe.  Pastor Leslie Fogleman, Justin’s cousin, will be officiating.
Justin passed away peacefully on Sat. Dec 29 in his home in Monroe.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Joy Fogleman of 54 years; his son, Marc Fogleman; his father, Iley Fogleman; his mother, Joy Phelps; and his little sister, Elenor Fogleman.
Survivors include his daughters, Karen Fogleman of Lafayette and Krista Fogleman of Monroe; four grandchildren, Jason and Jana Coates, Addison and Seth Hill; two great granddaughters, Abigail Coates and Madison Frazier; and his older brother, John Fogleman of Monroe.
Justin proudly served his country in the U.S.  Navy from 1952-56. He was a very talented and accomplished artist.  He was a member of The River City Artist Foundation.
He was truly a creative genius and his artwork was his passion.  His talent will live on by his numerous pieces of art that family, friends, and clients now own.
Justin never met a stranger.  His stories, wisdom, wit and creative ideas will never be forgotten.  He was a devoted husband, father and grandfather and will be dearly missed by all that knew him.
