Lois Romano Dabbs

Funeral services for Lois Romano Dabbs, 72, of Monroe, will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, December 30, 2013, at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church with Rev. Thomas Lijo officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Mrs. Dabbs died Thursday, December 26, 2013. She was a member of Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church and a teacher’s aide at Berg Jones Elementary School for 20 years.

Survivors include her husband, William Dabbs; children, Theresa Hunter (Don), Paul Dabbs (Terri), Karen Galligan, Jennifer Dabbs, and Patricia Saxton (Thomas); sister, Lynn King; 11 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be Sunday from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM with a Vigil Wake Service at 6PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons.

Memorials may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association or the Ouachita Parish Humane Society.
