Mamie Lee McCarty White

Graveside Services for Mrs. Mamie Lee McCarty White, 96, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 11:00 A.M. Thursday, May 28, 2020 at the Kilpatrick’s Serenity Gardens in West Monroe, LA with Bro. Glenn Lenard officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. White was born on March 6, 1924 in Winnsboro, LA and died on May 25, 2020 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her parents, Jessie T. and Nancy E. McCarty; her husband, Nolan “Snookie” White; granddaughter, Jessica White Monnat; and her great granddaughter, Samantha Monnat.

Survivors include her daughters, Betty Hopkins and husband, Tommy and Nancy Dowdy and husband, Randy; sons, Larry White and wife, Donna Vestal White, and Jerry L. White and wife, Cleta Dawkins White; eight grandsons; eighteen great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren; along with her two brothers, Aaron R. McCarty and Ernest McCarty.

Memorials may be made to the St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital or to the charity of ones choice.
