Margie was the youngest child of five born in Charlestown, West Virginia to Donald Bageant and Emma Lou Forrest Bageant July 24th, 1963. Margie’s family moved to West Monroe when Margie was 13. She attended Saint Paschal School and graduated Saint Fredrick’s High School in 1981. Swept off of her feet by Joey Guy, she married Joey in West Monroe at Saint Paschal Church in June 1981. Margie and Joey moved to Biloxi, Mississippi while Joey was attending technical school at Keesler AFB and from there relocated to Holloman AFB, Alamogordo, New Mexico where they had their first child. Upon completion of Joey’s USAF tour they returned to West Monroe to be with family. Margie began her career in the mortgage industry at First Fidelity which eventually became JPMorgan Chase where she worked until her second child was born. Margie left Chase to be a full time Mother for five years after which she returned continuing her career. Margie loved to creatively cook and travel, spend time with close friends and family and spoil her grandchildren. Margie left our world to be with her brother and parents on August 27th, 2013.
