Mark Edward Riggin was born on March 24, 1956 in Monroe, LA and passed away at his residence in Choudrant, LA on November 14, 2020. Mark lived and loved the river and was a “River Rat”. He also had a heart of gold and is preceded in death by his loyal companion, his Yorkie “Duchess”, who died earlier this year.
Survivors include his children Josh Riggin, and Chasity Burdette; sister, Frances Riggin Hammons and husband, Wayne; his brother, Brad Riggin and wife, Kay; and his two nephews, Lee Riggin and Scott Riggin.
