Services for Mrs. Melba Joyce Sebren, 68 of Rayville, LA will be at 2:00PM Wednesday, March 3, 2011at Calvary Baptist Church near Mangham with Rev. Larry Emory and Rev. Gary Courtney. Interment will follow in Hewitt Cemetery near Mangham under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home-Rayville.
Melba, a member of Calvary Baptist Church, passed away February 28, 2011. A loving wife and mother was known to her children and grandchildren as “Ne Ne”.
She is preceded in death by her parents-Rev. J. W. Allen and Lola Allen; her brother –Kenneth Allen; sister-Johnnie Mae Carter; and daughter-Ashley Karen Sebren.
She is survived by her husband-Don Sebren; children- Dennis Sebren and wife Kelly , Leisa Bowman and husband Phillip, Kenneth Barry Sebren and wife Brandy, and Matthew Sebren and wife Andrea; eight grandchildren-Adam and wife Julie, Jacob, Lauren, Brandon, Jessie, Matthew, Ashley, and Bailey Kate; as well as a host of extended family.
Pallbearers will be Scott Allen, Mike Wilson, Bracey Wilson, Zach Wilson, Mark Bowman, and Billy Massey. Honorary Pallbearers will be Bill Wilson and David Walters.
