Mildred Remore Nale Hales

Funeral services for Mildred Remore Nale Hales, 89, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Sunday, November 3, 2013, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Chad Merrell officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe, LA.

Mrs. Hales died Thursday, October 31, 2013, at Christus St. Joseph’s Home after a lengthy illness. She was the last of seven children. Mrs. Hales was a member of Paron Baptist Church and formerly worked for Howard Brothers and Wal-Mart before retiring.

Survivors include her daughters, Carolyn Nale Bradberry and husband Virgil, and Melba Nale Gardner and husband Mitchell; sons, Calvin Glenn Nale and wife Carol, and Tommy Nale; daughter-in-law, Jeanette Patton Nale Davis; grandchildren, Amanda Moore and husband Jay, Dianne Anders and husband James, Monica Oberle and husband Richard, Glenda Nale, Melinda Nale and fiancé Justin, Randy Nale and wife Christy, Ricky Nale and wife Paige, Rebecca Nale and fiancé Anthony, Mitch Gardner and wife Jeni, and Michael Gardner and wife Laura; and 21 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be her grandsons and great grandsons.

Visitation will be Saturday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
