Funeral Services for Mildred Virginia Head McGrew, 86, of Choudrant, formerly of Eros, will be held 2:00PM Wednesday, June 26, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Bro. Louis Bartet and Bro. Larry Eubanks officiating. Interment will follow in the Cypress Baptist Church Cemetery.
Virginia is survived by two daughters, Anita Jordan and husband Dwayne, of Choudrant, LA, and Rita Wellbrink of West Monroe, LA; one granddaughter, Melonie Monk and husband James of Calhoun, LA; two great-grandsons, Leighton Monk and Jaden Monk; two step-grandchildren and their families, Chris Wellbrink of Bastrop, LA and Kristi Tyler of Palm Beach Gardens, FL; and a host of nieces and nephews.
Virginia is preceded in death by her husband of over 66 years, Ausie Lee McGrew; parents, Leighton and Bertha Dozier Head, all siblings born of that union; and a son-in-law.
Pallbearers will be Ricky McGrew, James Monk, Brian Owens, Bruce Robinson, Glenn Varner, and Chris Wellbrink. Serving as Honorary Pallbearers will be the West Ouachita Chiefs 12U Baseball Team.
