Funeral services for Milo James Ticheli, 65, of Monroe will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, September 20, 2011, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. David Worthington officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mr. Ticheli died Friday, September 16, 2011, at Glenwood Regional Medical Center. He was employed with Frito Lay for 30 years. He was a loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, and uncle. After retirement, he was an owner and operator of a U-Pak-It in Bastrop, LA.
Mr. Ticheli was preceded in death by his parents, Frank and Sydney Ticheli; and four brothers, Frank, Ray, Johnny, and Louis.
Survivors include his wife, Kathy Ticheli; sons, James Paul Ticheli and wife Tiffany, Charles Jeffrey Ticheli, Stephen Ticheli, and Randy Reeves and wife Wanda; daughters, Gina Moore and husband Jimmy, Karla Disotell and husband Raymond, and Lisa Keene and husband Kurt; 19 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, brother, Leo Ticheli, sister, Sydney Nelson and husband Doyle; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be Monday from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the funeral home.
