Funeral Services for Nellie Ruth Holloway, 78, of West Monroe, LA will be held 2:00 PM Tuesday, June 28, 2011 at Lapine Assembly of God Church with Rev. Gene Benson officiating. Interment will follow at Liberty Grove Church of God Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Nellie was born on November 13, 1932 and passed away on June 24, 2011. She was a member of Lapine Assembly of God Church. Nellie loved to go camping and fishing. She is preceded in death by her sister and best friend, Johnnie Booth.
Nellie is survived by her daughter, Deborah Hines; step-children, Debra, Sherry, Joseph, and David Holloway; nephew, Bobby Glen Booth; niece, Charlotte Laws; grandchildren, Jeffery, Jessica, Stewart, Heather, Jeff and Daniel; and numerous great-grandchildren.
Pallbearers will be Jeffery Toney, Jeff Holloway, Stewart Holloway, Daniel Holloway, Bill Wilkerson, and Roger Hollis. Honorary Pallbearers will be Terry Davis and Jamie Batten.
Visitation will be held 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe on Monday, June 27, 2011.
