Funeral Services for Ramona Lee Woolsey, 46, of Farmerville, LA will be held at 1:00 PM Saturday, February 26, 2011 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home West Monroe, LA with Fr. Al Jost and Fr. Adrian Fischer officiating. Interment will follow in the St. Paschal's Catholic Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.
Ramona was born in Monroe, LA and passed away after a lengthy illness on February 23, 2011. She was a member of Our Lady of Perpetual Help Catholic Church in Farmerville, LA. She worked as a phlebotomist and then a Radiology receptionist at St. Francis Medical Center for 5 yrs. Ramona then found her niche as an adjustor for Parker Auto Body, both the Monroe and West Monroe locations.
She was preceded in death by her Mother, Patricia Miller Woolsey, her Father, Richard E. Cody Woolsey, and a sister Mae Lucille Woolsey.
Survivors include her brothers, Richard E. Woolsey, Jr. of Farmerville, LA. and David F. Woolsey of West Monroe, LA; sisters, Diane Evans of Shreveport, LA, Sandy Boatner and husband, Randall of MS, Susan Woolsey and fiancé, Phil Gainey of Farmerville, LA, Nora Buccola and husband, James of West Monroe, LA, Beverly Roberts and husband, Danny of Clermont, GA, Kelly Roberts and husband, Dale of West Monroe, LA, Patty Bray and husband, Frank of Bryant, AR and numerous nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews whom she loved dearly.
Pallbearers will be James Evans, Jr., William Cody Evans, Jared Evans, Eric Buccola, Michael Buccola, Robert Kelly, and Robert Woolsey, Jr.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM with the Vigil Wake at 5:15 PM Friday, February 25, 2011 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
