Services for Daisy Staggs, 80, of Monroe, will be at 11:00 AM Friday, July 2, 2010, at Christian Life Church with Rev. Danny Chance officiating. Interment will be Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.

Daisy Staggs, a member of Christian Life Church, passed away Tuesday, June 29, 2010, at Christus St. Joseph’s Home in Monroe. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney Staggs; daughter, Anita Hearold; sisters, Lillian Crawford, Stella White, Virgin Horton, Clowie Jones, and Lodie Morace; brothers, Kelly Wiley, Gene Wiley, Cecil Wiley, Donnie Wiley, and Temple Wiley.

Survivors include her sons, Gary L. Staggs and wife Phyllis, and Gregg Staggs and wife Amy; daughter, LaDonna Lynch and husband Gary; grandsons, Cameron Hebert , Garrison Lynch, and Coltan Staggs; son-in-law, Terry Hearold; brothers, Joey Wiley and wife Betty, and Gus Wiley; sister, Delphia Carroll; and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

Pallbearers will be Jay Wiley, Todd Wiley, Tim Charrier, Sam Charrier, Cameron Hebert, and Kyle Wiley.

Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Christian Life Church.

Memorials may be made to Christian Life Church Building Fund.
