Funeral Services for Robert B. Williams, 76, of West Monroe, LA will be 2:00 PM Wednesday, April 4, 2012 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Rev. Jason Hodge officiating. Interment will follow at Hasley Cemetery.
Mr. Williams died Saturday, March 31, 2012 at Glenwood Regional Medical Center after a lengthy illness. He is preceded in death by his parents Evelyn and Luther Williams, Sr.; and sister, Mary Primm.
Survivors include: son, Robert Williams, Jr.; daughters, Theresa Simpson and her husband Terry and Polly King and her husband James; brother, Luther Gray “Hoppy” Williams, Jr.; and his wife, Shela; sisters, Lavern Bierstedt, Alice Patrick and her husband Cecil, Marie Whitehead, Coralee Williams; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
Pallbearers will be Willie Chester Coburn, Dennis Bouwell, Donnie Jones, Kenny Bo Trim, Dustin Trim, and Austyn Bartmess. Honorary Pallbearers will be Dallas Whitehead, Robert Primm, Jr., and Roy Whitehead, Jr.
Visitation will be 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Tuesday, April 3, 2012 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
