Funeral services for Ruby Dye Guice, 98, of Monroe, will be held at 2:00 PM Friday, March 25, 2011, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe, with Rev. Charles Dupree officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Guice passed away Wednesday, March 23, 2011. She loved to bowl in her early years of life and loved later in life doing embroidery and word puzzles.
Survivors include her daughter, Shelby Hare of Swartz, LA; two grandsons, Kent Hare and wife Anne of Natchitoches, LA, and Michael Hare and wife Pam of Foley, AL; great grandchildren, Tristan Hare, Michael Hare, Jr., and Magan Hare.
Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers.
Visitation will be Friday from 12:00 Noon until service time at the funeral home.
Memorials may be made to the American Diabetes Association.
