Funeral services for Ruby Faye Moore Huffty, 83, of Sterlington, LA will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, February 28, 2011 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe
with Brother Milton Pray officiating. Interment will follow at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery.
Mrs. Huffty passed away Friday, February 25, 2011. She was preceded in death by her husband, Buddy Huffty; daughters, Connie Moore and Carolyn Ezell; son, Donnie Moore; and sister, Vivian Wilson.
Survivors include sons, Danny Moore of Sterlington, LA and Ronald Moore and wife Grunedda of Sharpsburg, GA; daughter, Denise Desadier and husband Steve of Bossier, LA; granddaughter, Lori Desadier of Bossier, LA; grandsons, Micah Jason Moore of Austin, TX, Ronald Aaron Moore of Austin, TX, Michael Jason Moore of Swartz, LA, and Mark Armond Moore of West Monroe, LA, Steve, Larry, Bryan, and Keith Ezell all of Gilbert, LA ; numerous grandchildren; two great great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM Sunday, February 27, 2011 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road, Monroe.
The family would like to give special thanks to Susie Thornhill and all the staff of Louisiana Hospice & Palliative Care.
