Funeral services for Russell Earl Honeycutt, 70, of Bentley, LA, will be held at 11:00 AM Wednesday, January 16, 2019, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Monroe, with Rev. Kenneth Murrell officiating. Interment will follow at Redwing Cemetery. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until service time Wednesday at the funeral home.

Mr. Honeycutt was born June 8, 1948, in Oak Grove, LA, and passed away Sunday, January 13, 2019, at Rapides Regional Medical Center in Alexandria, LA.

Mr. Honeycutt was preceded in death by his parents, Leo Honeycutt, Sr. and Bertha Honeycutt.

Survivors include 4 brothers, L.B. Honeycutt (Marie), Carl Honeycutt, Bobby Honeycutt (Helen), and Hayward Honeycutt (Sheryl); 8 sisters, Louise Thurmond, Dorothy Dyke, Virginia Morgan, Lillian Gregory, Margie Sheets, Nellie Woods (Loyd), Frances Terlinden (Jack), and Cherry Peterson (Steve); and a host of nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Coleman Stover, Dayland Woods, Michael Wells, Allen Spurlock, Ben George, and Lane Bowen.
