Funeral Services Celebrating the life of Sandra Ruth Emory, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00PM Sunday, February 24, 2019 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe with Bro. LaRoy Dumas officiating. Interment will follow in Beulah Cemetery, Calhoun.

Sandra was born on January 3, 1945 in Shreveport, LA and passed away surrounded by her family on February 21, 2019 in Lewisville, TX. Sandra met the love of her life Robert Larry Emory, Sr. at West Monroe High School and was married for 32 wonderful years. She was first runner up in the Miss Junior Miss pageant in 1960. Sandra loved to spend time with her grandchildren and work in her garden. She also loved to research family genealogy with her sister, Peggy. She is preceded in death by her husband, Robert Larry Emory, Sr.; and parents, John Brown and Carmel Ramsey.

Survivors include her sons, Robert Larry Emory, Jr. and wife Missy, of Rayville, LA, Jason Lowell Emory and wife Tiffany, of Lewisville, TX, and Daniel Landon Emory and wife Julie, of Sterlington, LA; grandchildren, Blake, Hunter, Jacob and wife Victoria, Dakota and wife Elizabeth, Hayden, Peyton, Nevada, Montana, Landon, and Ruddick; 3 great-grandchildren, Teaguen, Kyleigh, and Landon; and sister, Peggy Sturdivant.

Pallbearers will be Blake Emory, Hunter Emory, Jacob Emory, Montana Emory, Dakota Crawford, and Kelly Sturdivant.

Visitation will be held from 1:00PM until service time on Sunday, February 24, 2019 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.
