Sharon "Sherry" Charlene Witherington Williams

Funeral Services for Sharon “Sherry” Charlene Witherington Williams, 66, of West Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M., Monday, September 26, 2022, in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA, with Pastor Christopher Miller and Phillip Smith officiating. Interment will follow in Roselawn Memorial Gardens Cemetery in Calhoun, LA. Visitation will be held from 9:00 A.M. until service time on Monday.

Sherry was born May 19, 1956, in West Monroe, LA and passed away peacefully at her home into the presence of her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ on September 21, 2022. She attended church at The Assembly in West Monroe.

She was a realtor for over 20 years, most recently with Coldwell Banker Group One Realty in West Monroe. Sherry loved her job and was very good at it, always putting her clients interest first. She also loved shopping and rescuing dogs, but her greatest joy came from her family, especially her granddaughters, Marlowe and Willa.

Sherry was preceded in death by her parents, Charles and Ann Witherington; sisters, JoAnn Roy and Debbie McClain; and fur babies, Heidi, Babette and Hannah.

Survivors include her husband, Robert Williams; daughter, Melissa Wallace (Cody) of West Monroe, LA; son, Josh Harris (Joyce) of Huntington, AR; sisters, Judy Green (Billie) of West Monroe, LA, Jackie Carter of Stuart, FL, and Lisa Powell of Franklin, TN; brother, Bo Witherington (Shelly) of Farmerville, LA; fur babies, Anabell, Izzy, Hazel, Roux, and Ruby; and numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Pallbearers will be Brian Avera, David Cook, Michael David O’Neal, III, Rodney Ray, Chris Roy, and Danny Witherington. Honorary Pallbearer will be Rob Roy.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Ouachita Parish Animal Shelter or to a charity of your choice.
