Graveside services for Sibyl N. Watson, 95, of Bossier City, will be held at 10:00 AM, Monday, October 10, 2016, at Riverview Cemetery with Rev. Buster Page officiating.
Mrs. Watson retired as a supervisor for South Central Bell Phone Company. She was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and Eastern Star. She was a very talented China painter as well as instructor. A loving mother and grandmother, she will be always remembered for her love of life and serenity.
Mrs. Watson was preceded in death by her parents, E.L. and Mildred Boies; late husband, Billy Neill and late husband Dan Watson.
Survivors include children, Dwain Neill and wife Jeane, Mary Ann Nelson and husband R.E. ; grandchildren, Billy Neill and wife Tosha, Alexander Neill and wife Bonnie, Erik Nelson and wife Stacy, Kari George and husband Todd; great-grandchildren, Riley and Aiden Yoder, Reagan Nelson, Sawyer, Mick, and Taylor Neill.
