Graveside Services for Steve Silmon, 56, of West Monroe will be held 11:00 A.M. Friday, March 28, 2014 at Kilpatrick Serenity Gardens Cemetery in West Monroe with Rev. Rick Crandall officiating.
Steve Silmon was born August 16, 1957 and passed away March 26, 2014. He loved his family, riding his motorcycle, his prison ministry, reading, and listening to music. Steve is preceded in death by his parents, Walter and Winnie Silmon; and sister, Linda Gail Cox.
Survivors include his wife, Becky Silmon; son, Walt Silmon; daughter, Rachel Place and husband, Chris; grandson, Savoy Silmon; sister, Shelly Silmon Lemon; brother, Wayne Silmon and wife, Georgeann; and step-mother, Linda Silmon.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Sandy Savoie and Gigi Roberts for the excellent care that they gave Mr. Silmon.
