Graveside Services for Sue Corbin Davis, 74, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00PM Wednesday, May 11, 2016 at Hasley Cemetery, West Monroe with Rev. Doctor Alan Miller officiating. Visitation will be held from 5:00PM until 7:00PM Tuesday, May 10, 2016 at Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.The daughter of William Allan Corbin, Sr. and Fannie Crawford Corbin was born on February 8, 1942 in Monroe, LA. Our beloved wife, mother, grandmother, sister, and aunt passed away peacefully at her home on Sunday, May 8, 2016. Sue graduated Ouachita Parish High School in 1960, she also graduated Louisiana Tech University with a Master’s degree in Education. She was a school teacher for 35 years. Sue was a lifelong member of First Baptist Church in Monroe, LA. She married her husband Thomas Edwin Davis on June 15, 1962. She is preceded in death by her parents, William Allan Corbin, Sr. and Fannie Crawford Corbin; and sister, Marilyn Tittle.Sue is survived by her husband of 54 years, Thomas Edwin Davis; three daughters, Ashley Owens, Sharlotte Thomas, and Aynsley Ingram; loving “Marmey” grandmother of five, Jacob Ingram, Corbin Owens, Ashtyn Ingram, Nikolas Thomas, and Kynsley Ingram; mother-in-law of two, Aron Ingram and Lynn Thomas; brothers, Don Corbin, Mark Corbin and wife Annette; nieces, Allyson Parker, Whitney Corbin, and Jennifer Lowery; nephews, James Corbin, Tommy Corbin, Timothy Socha, and Jonathan Socha.Pallbearers will be Jacob Ingram, Corbin Owens, Nikolas Thomas, Mark Gonzales, Aron Ingram, and Lynn Thomas.
