Funeral services for Mrs. Thelma O. Lightell, 92, of Monroe, LA, will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday July 1, 2011 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe with Rev. Butch Pilcher officiating.
Mrs. Lightell was born on May 7, 1919 in Paris, Texas and passed away on June 23, 2011 in West Monroe, LA. She is preceded in death by her brother, Aubrey and sisters, Elsie, Rae, Naomi and Wanda.
Survivors include her children, Jonell Minter, Faye Spencer and Patsy Janes; grandchildren, Randy, Mike, Darryl and Joel Minter, Brenda Goshorn, Doug Spencer, and Sherry Neely; and her sister, Cora Guynes.
Visitation will be from 10:00 A.M. until service time Friday.
