Freeman, 85, of West Monroe, LA will be held 11:30 A.M. Monday, December 30,
2013 at Hasley Cemetery Pavilion in West Monroe, LA with Rev. Michael Stravato
officiating under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, West Monroe.


 


Travis M. Freeman was born May 12, 1928
and passed away December 27, 2013. Travis served in the U.S. Navy during World
War II in the South Pacific. He retired after 35 years of service from South
Central Bell and was a member of Telephone Pioneers of America and the American
Legion.


 


Survivors include his wife, Hazel; sons,
Ken and wife, Jackie of Minden, LA and Karl and wife, Susan of Coppell, TX;
daughters, Kathy of Ruston, LA and Vicky of West Monroe, LA; three
grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; brother, Ike of San Angelo, TX; and
numerous nieces and nephews.


 


Visitation will be held from 2:00 P.M.
until 5:00 P.M. Sunday, December 29, 2013 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West
Monroe, LA.


 


In lieu of flowers, memorials may be
made to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital.
