Private family graveside services for Mrs. Virginia Slavant, 95, of Alexandria, will be held on Sunday, May 03, 2020, at Mulhearn Memorial Park Cemetery in Monroe, LA, with Fr. Mark Franklin officiating, under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home, Sterlington Road.

Mrs. Slavant was born April 27, 1925, in Rayville, LA and passed away Thursday, April 30, 2020, at her residence in Alexandria, LA.

Mrs. Slavant was preceded in death by her parents, Zahara and Mary Stinoff; husband, Nicholas Chris Slavant; son, Chris Andrew Slavant; brother, Steven Stinoff; and sister, Catherine “Rene” Nolfo; grandson, Eric Fontana.

Survivors include her two daughters, Kim Craig and husband Sonny, and Kaye Moore and husband Joey; son, Richard Slavant and wife Dee; grandson, Jason Slavant.
