Funeral Services for Mr. William M. “Bubba” Dodd, 56, of West Monroe, LA will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, March 25, 2014 in the chapel of Mulhearn Funeral Home with Rev. Paul Carter, Rev. Robert Wise and Rev. Tommy Terry officiating. Interment will follow in the Hasley Cemetery in West Monroe, LA.
Bubba was born on January 29, 1958 in Farmerville, LA and passed away March 22, 2014 in West Monroe, LA. His life revolved around his family especially his kids, grandkids, nieces and nephews. He owned Bubba’s Fish Market in Monroe. Bubba is preceded in death by his parents, Zachary and Betty Dodd; daughter, Rebecca Dodd; and special friend, Billy Ray Moss.
Survivors include his wife, Callie Dodd; sons, William Dodd, Jr., Joshua Smith and wife, Britny, and Jeremy Smith; grandchildren, Camron, Hannah, Samuel and Ava Smith; sisters, Becky Phillips, Wanda Payne, Sandy Caples and husband, Lowe and Tabitha Moore and husband, Leonard; and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts and uncles.
Pallbearers will be Joshua Smith, Jeremy Smith, William Dodd, Leonard Moore, Brandon Caples, Lowe Caples, Joshua Riggin and Keith Payne.
Honorary Pallbearers will be Camron Smith and Samuel Smith.
Visitation will be held from 5:00 P.M. until 8:00 P.M. Monday, March 24, 2014 at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, LA.
