Mr. Cook was born on November 30, 1953 and passed away on April 6, 2021 at the age of 67, after a lengthy illness. He loved hunting and fishing.
He is survived by his father, James Cook; wife, Sherry Cook; children, Kristen Cook, Jeremy Cook, Scott Turner, and Spence Turner; brother Jaime Cook; 5 sisters, Jenae Brubaker, Mary Ellen Caldwell, Jackie Guerriero, Leslie Holt, and Shelley Cook; and 5 grandchildren.
