Funeral services for Mr. William W. (Bill) Mann, 99, of West Monroe, La. will be held at 2:00 P.M. Sunday May 23, 2009 at the Peniel Baptist Church in West Monroe, La. with Rev. Charles Davis and Rev. Bryan Rankin officiating. Interment will be in Fellowship Baptist Cemetery near Columbia, La. under the direction of Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe, La.
Mr. Mann died May 22, 2009 at The Terrace in West Monroe, La.
Mr. Mann was a member of the Peniel Baptist Church in West Monroe, La. He retired from Brown Paper Mill. Paw loved the outdoors hunting and fishing and working in his garden and he did this until his 98th year.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Mrs. Audie Mann and two sons, Harvey Mann and Willie Vern Mann.
Survivors: two sons, Arnold Mann and wife, Barbara and Donnie Mann and wife, Rita; Daughter, Sue Trautman Cutrer and husband, Ed; 8 Grandchildren, 18 Great Grandchildren, and 12 Great Great Grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; special family friend who cared for Paw for many years, Joyce Edmondson.
Pallbearers will be Mike Mann, Stephen Mann, Darrell Naron, Eddie Fife, Charles Hatten, Ray Scharf, Ronnie Cory, Glen Smith
Visitation will be from 5:00 until 8:00 P.M. Saturday at Mulhearn Funeral Home in West Monroe and from 1:00 P.M. until service time Sunday at Peniel Baptist Church in West Monroe
Memorials may be made to the Fellowship Baptist Cemetery Fund.
